Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point.
